Can I receive sock samples before ordering?
Absolutely! We provide free sock samples (shipping costs apply). We’ll send you the specific styles and colors you’re interested in.
What types of socks can the factory produce?

Order Information
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom socks?
Most of our sock styles have no minimum order requirement. Click here to view sock types with no minimum order. Certain specialty socks (non-slip rubber socks, elite socks, fuzzy socks, five-toe socks, etc.) require minimum orders of 500-1000 pairs.
What sizes do you offer for custom socks?
We can produce socks for all foot sizes. We also offer versatile “ONE SIZE” options that comfortably fit most adult feet – perfect for logo socks, cotton socks, and branded styles.
Do you offer custom sock packaging?
Yes! We provide comprehensive sock packaging design and production services, delivering retail-ready products. Options range from complimentary basic packaging to elaborate custom packaging solutions.
What sock lengths are available?
Choose from our complete range: no-show socks, ankle socks, crew socks, mid-calf socks, calf-length socks, knee-high socks, and thigh-high socks.
What materials do you use for sock production?
We primarily use high-quality cotton for our knitted socks. Based on your specific requirements, we also work with materials like nylon, bamboo fiber, and other specialized textiles.
Design Process
Socks design is free?
Yes, for all customers, design is free, we have dedicated designers to help customers.
How long can I get sock design?
We typically deliver sock design concepts within 1-3 days. During business hours, we can often provide designs within just a few hours.
Can I send you my own design?
Yes, We accept design files in any format. We recommend that you use our sock design mockup to speed up the design.
Is there a limit to the number of colors in the socks design?
Yes, there has a limit for the colors number. Generally, a simple design can use a maximum of 8 colors, and a complex design can use a maximum of 5 colors. However, this is not certain. Send your design to our team to see if we can do anything for you. and design support is free!
Can you create socks with different designs for left and right feet?
Yes! We can produce mismatched pairs with unique designs for left and right socks.
I have no idea to design socks, can get help?
No problem! Our experienced design team can create sock designs perfectly suited to your brand or company. We offer free design services and unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied.
Production and Shipping
What is the delivery time for custom socks?
Our standard production time is 10-15 working days, plus shipping time. we can also expedite your order free of charge. We are also for free rush orders.
Can make rush orders?
Yes, we make rush orders for free, please contact us now to ensure that we can produce them for you as soon as possible.
Where are the socks manufactured and shipped from?
Socks are produced in our own factory in Zhuji City, China, and the shipment is usually through Ningbo Port.
Can it be shipped internationally?
Yes, our socks are shipped all over the world. However, different regions have different policies, and there may be more taxes or surcharges.
Can I track the shipment of socks orders?
Once shipped, we will email you the tracking code information.
